Kualifikasi :
- Pria, max 30 tahun, tinggi min 170 cm
- Pendidikan Min.D3
- Memiliki pengalaman Min.5 tahun dalam bidang maintenance VAC di high rise building
- Paham dan pernah mengerjakan Perawatan Sistem Centrifugal Chiller dengan kapasitas 300 – 1000 TR, AHU, VAV, Cooling Tower berikut kontrolnya
- Mampu bekerja secara team
- Memiliki kepribadian yang baik dan mampu berkomunikasi dengan Tenant/Penyewa
- Costumer service excellent
