Job Qualification :

Jakarta - Rubber, Latex  and Coating Division

Responsibilities:

• Establishing and maintaining close and cordial contact with existing and potential customers, typically at the highest levels.


• Identifying new opportunities, leading price negotiations, creating and presenting solution proposals.


• Developing strategic and tactical business plans to achieve sales excellence.


• Monitoring and ensuring targets for sales, collection and stock levels are met.

Requirements:

• Possess a Degree in Science or Economic discipline preferably in Industrial Chemistry, Polymer Science, Applied Chemistry or related

• Preferably candidates with minimum 5 years sales experience to manufacturing firms of either Rubber, Latex and coating related industries.


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.


• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
