Job Qualification :
General Requirements :
- Female or Male, Single is an advantage
- S1 Degree in all graduates. (Degree in Retail Management is an advantage) with GPA min. 2,85
- Have Experience 5 years ( at least ) in similar position
- Fluency in Indonesia & English (written & oral), Mandarin is an advantage
- Demonstrated advanced skills with the standard features of various personal computer word processing and spreadsheet software (Microsoft Word and Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Internet, and other proprietary software)
- Good knowledge in fashion
- Previous experience of national brand sourcing, international brand is an advantage,
- Detailed oriented, organize and possess strong problem solving skill.
- Working well in a team environment essential, as the position has considerable interaction with all other department.
- Proactive, smart working, discipline, honesty, able to work under pressure and loyal.
- Willing to travel and working overtime.
- Good attitude, communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills to work out budgets and understand sales figures.
- Sound decision-making skills and the ability to plan and prioritise.
- Very hands on
- Ability to think out of the box.
Responsibilities :
- Planning budgets and presenting sales forecasts and figures for new ranges,
- Producing layout plans for stores,
- Forecasting profits and sales, and optimising the sales volume and profitability of designated product areas,
- Liaising with buyers, stores, suppliers and distributors,
- Meeting with suppliers and managing the distribution of stock, by negotiating margin, ordering stock, agreeing timescales and delivery dates, and completing the necessary paperwork,
- Using specialist computer software, for example to handle sales statistics, produce sales projections and present spreadsheets and graphs,
- Controlling stock levels based on forecasts for the season,
- Monitoring slow sellers and taking action to reduce prices or set promotions as necessary,
- Maintaining a comprehensive library of appropriate data,
- Making supplier and financial presentations to Sn. Manager
- Working closely with visual display staff and department heads to decide how goods should be displayed to maximise customer interest and sales;
- Gathering information on customers’ reactions to products
- Analysing every aspect of bestsellers (for example, the bestselling price points, colours or styles) and ensuring that bestsellers reach their full potential),
- Managing, training and supervising junior staff.
