- Bachelor's Degree from reputable university majoring Engineering preferably in Electro, Telecommunication Engineering.
- Solid Project Management experiences in CME/TE/MS/ELECTRICAL, Strong leadership, negotiation, strategic planning, and presentations skills
- The self-awareness, integrity and coaching skills to model the values of the company.
- At least 3 years working experience on telcom industries, and 2 years at the same position
