Job Qualification :
Responsibilities:
- Mempimpin tim pengembangan project baru, membuat perencanaan project (desain, spesifikasi, harga), melakukan analisa pengembangan project yang ada berdasarkan hasil riset dan survey pasar
Requirements:
- S1/S2 Arsitektur/Finance/Management
- Pengalaman min 5 thn di bidang product/ design development property
- Memiliki kemampuan menganalisa trend pasar dan perkembangan property
- Lebih disukai punya latar belakang marketing/ business development
- Menguasai AutoCad, MS application (Word, Excel & Power Point)
- Berbahasa Inggris aktif (lisan dan tertulis)
- Aktif & kreatif dlm menghasilkan ide produk real estate yang bernilai jual
- Memiliki pengetahuan mendalam mengenai project management, komunikasi aktif, memiliki mobilitas yang tinggi, dapat bekerja sama dengan tim proyek, melakukan survey lokasi, menyusun serta mengembangan strategi bisnis dan mampu bekerja sesuai target
- Bersedia dinas keluar kota
