Assistant Manager of Operations

Job Qualification :

Responsibilities:

• Communicate with local and foreign clients and prepare proposals and comprehensive English investigation reports for those clients.


• Engaged in intellectual property protection operations; background investigations, pre-employment verification, asset tracing and security consulting projects, etc.


• Assisting Operations Manager in directing field investigation.


• Lead field investigation.


• To discharge/ perform any other duties as directed by the management.


• Applicant must have experience or expertise in Investigation

 

Qualifications/Requirements:

• A minimum of 2-3 Years experience in leading, conducting and coordinating investigations is preferred. Prior law enforcement experience (investigator/detective) and/or corporate investigative experience with demonstrated ability to manage & conduct investigations, with wide connections


• Strong project management, consulting & time management skills are essential


• Demonstrated organization, communication & interpersonal skills


• Demonstrated ability to work independently & complete case loads/projects in a timely manner in accordance within a strict time/reporting framework, in a fast paced, high pressure environment


• Demonstrated willingness & ability to maintain strict confidentiality is essential


• Strong computer investigation skills are required. Knowledge of investigating internet related crime, use of related data bases, and the use of the Microsoft family of products (viz: Outlook, Word, Excel, Access, Power Point, SQL). Basic knowledge of computer forensics/recovery & analysis is preferred. The ability to learn ‘on the job’ in a fast moving environment is crucial


• Demonstrated ability to multi-task and handle multiple active investigations.


• Develop and maintain contacts with law enforcement partners, motivating them to pursue Microsoft investigations & assist those partners in bringing investigations to successful conclusions.


• Previous experience within law enforcement agencies is highly desirable.


• Promote cooperation, innovation & resourcefulness in obtaining information and problem solving and to think strategically.


• Willingness & ability to travel at short notice.


• The successful candidate will be required to successfully complete a rigorous background check prior to employment.
