Qualifications:
Ensure that all areas of work performance or departments are properly staffed and directed:
- Provide training, coaching, development and motivation to bring out the best in each distribution team member;
- Oversee branch financial management;
- Take on the responsibility for evaluation of all employees;
- Address customer and employee satisfaction issues promptly;
- Select, promote and discharge employees within the branch in accordance with basic personnel policy.
General Requirements
- Min 26 years old - max 45 years old
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Ability to get along with a wide range of people
- High integrity and able to work as a Team
- Attractive & excellent communication skill
- Proficient in written and spoken English (Mandarin an advantage)
- Computer literate, risk focused and has attention to detail
