Job Qualification :
Requirements :
- Bachelor Degree in Accounting/Finance/Management/Business Administration/Tax
- Having experience minimum 10 years in same field
- Good administrative and strong attention to details
- Well adapt, leadership skill, communicative and fast learner
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and no problem with multitasking
- Having vision and ideas for advancement of company
- Understanding the scope of work of other department
- Able to work under pressure
- Fluent in English both oral and written
Duties :
- Obtain and maintain a thorough understanding of the financial reporting and general ledger structure
- Develop and provide accurate financial reporting in timely manner
- Work with the team to ensure a clean and accurate in timely action on tasks
- Supervise the finance and accounting group to ensure all financial reporting deadlines are met
- Familiar with tax issues and monitor tax legislation, regulations etc.
- Conduct and review monthly balance sheet reconciliation.
- Supervise all department in the group
- Supervise all subsidiaries company of the group
