Job Qualification :
Responsibilities:
- Develop property development strategy (product, price, promotion)
- Conduct Marketing research for improvement and future development
- Lead and Direct Plan and Design Team
- Supervise project licence acquirement
- Plan and manage marketing and promotion activities
- Handle product databases and costumer service.
- Handle product design and details before handed to production`
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess a Bachelor's Degree, Architecture,
- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Managers specializing in Property / Real Estate or equivalent.
- Able to work in organized manner and excellent team player
