RESTAURANT MANAGER (RM)

Job Qualification :

Responsibilities:

• Taking responsibility for the business performances of the restaurant


• Analyzing and planning restaurant sales levels and profitability


• coordinating the entire operation of the restaurant during schedule shifts


• managing staff and providing them with feedback


• meeting and greeting customers and organizing table reservations


• recruiting, training and motivating staff


• maintaining high standard of quality control, hygiene and health and safety


• helping in any area of the restaurant when circumstances dictate

Requirements:

• Male/female


• age minimum 35 years old


• experience in the same position minimum 5 years


• preferable has experienced working in a hotel


• minimum DIII


• Preferable graduated from hospitality major food and beverage discipline, service oriented, willing to work in team


• Proactive


• Good Leadership


• Great initiative and good work attitude with high integrity


• Should be able to work under pressure
