Job Qualification :
Responsibilities:
- Help customers to apply NR products and solution through visits, demonstrations, training course and telephone contact.
- Provide technical support and commissioning for NR Products and Solution
- Maintain and improve knowledge of all NR Products and Solutions
- Collect the feedback from customer and communicate internally
- Follow up the customer complaint to find the solution
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree or above in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
- 1+ years of years of testing and commissioning protection or electric power automation system
- Fluent in English speaking and writing
- Technical background with good understanding of protection and control products for generation, transmission or distribution
- Presentation and facilitation techniques
- Flexibility and willingness to work as a team member
- Knowledge of MS Office standard applications, as well as advanced knowledge of MS Project, AutoCAD and MS Visio.
