Job Qualification :
Directly responsible for the general management of the entire Construction process on a project.
Responsible for the timely completion of all preâ€market Construction research and Subcontractor evaluation. This includes but is not limited to RFQ completion and evaluation, contract negotiations and contract pricing determination via the unit price list and model sites.
Also responsible for all activities related to successfully achieve Ready for Installation status.
Qualification Profile:
- 3 years experience in telecommunications project management specifically related to construction works
- 1 additional year experience in managing teams by setting and evaluating objectives, as well as experience in establishing regional organizations
- domiciled in Jakarta
- Strong decisionâ€making and management skills
- Ability to work under extreme pressure with tight timeframes
- Accurate, reliable, selfâ€confident and firm
