Job Qualification :
Responsibilities:
- Managing the synchronization of stock movement activity of inbound, put away, dispatch ( sales, non sales ) in satellite Warehouse
- Coordinate and Supervise the overall Warehouse Inbound and Outbound Ordering Process, in line with Pioneer operations procedure, and updated Daily Inventory Status
- Manage daily Retagging /re labeling working in process, and updated the inventory in Inventory information System in daily basis, and accurate.
- Accurate and well presented Report, timely submission report on the determine deadline
- Maintain Good relationship with the 3Rd party Logistic
- Taking care, following up and respond to all incoming queries, and complain from Customers/Sales
General Requirements:
- Min D3, Bachelor degree (S1) preferred from reputable University, with minimum GPA 2.50
- One year experience in Warehouse administration, or Inventory Controller
- Fresh graduate is also welcome
- Computer literacy, minimum MS Office ( excel and word)
- Honest, dynamic and a good team player
- Proficient in English
- Based Locally ( Medan, Padang, Lampung, Klaten)
