General Requirements:
- Hotel / Restaurant Background
- Minimum 2 years experience in the same position
- Good attitude and communication skill.
- Strong Leadership Skill
- Strong experience and knowledge in :
- Bread baking
- Pastry production both Western & Local
- Pastry equipment
- New product development
- Dessert menu planning
- Bake shop display
- Costing
- Cake decorations
- Ability to train others.
- Willing to work flexible hours
- Creative, team player, and result oriented.
