Job Qualification :

Site Supervisor position is a full-time, on-site position, responsible for overseeing all phases of our project precast concrete installation. The qualifying individual will be part of the project team and will coordinate & report to the Site Manager.

Responsibility:

• Carry out & supervise day-to-day PT. Griyaton Indonesia Project activities to support the Site Manager.


• Give supervise to sub-contractor for precast panel installation process.

Requirements:

• Male, maximum 35 years old, trust worthy and good interpersonal & negotiation Skill. 


• Minimum education Sr. High Scholl degree in Civil (bachelor degree is an advantage).


• Has experience 2 (two) years in pre-cast concrete & facade installation at High-rise Building is a must.


• Has experience as Surveyor is an advantage.


• Able to read plans; familiar with standard building code and practices.


• Able to prioritize work assignments.


• Desire to learn and succeed.


• Proven ability to initiate and manage multiple, simultaneous priorities.


• Flexibility and adaptability.


• Commitment to quality.


• Strong leadership/management skills.
