- Good looking and grooming
- 20 – 35 years old
- Have minimum 3 years experience as corporate secretary or secretary of director
- Minimum diploma degree from reputable university / academy
- Good administration, document drafting and typing skill
- Have initiative, good communication, and attention to detail
- Multi tasking and can work in tight deadline
- Strong in English both command and written
