PT Mustika Citra Rasa (Holland Bakery) is the biggest and well known Premium Bakery with more than 200 outlets in Indonesia which currently needs a professional to fill the position of:

BRANCHES REGIONAL OPERATIONAL MANAGER

Job Qualification :

Qualifications:

1. Minimum Bachelor Degree in Management, Accounting, Finance or equivalent from a reputable university with min. GPA of 3.00. Applicants who do not include their GPA will not be processed


2. Has minimum 3 years experience in managerial level


3. Experience in food manufacturing or FMCG preferred


4. Must have knowledge and experience in operations, logistics and distribution


5. Efficiency in computer skills, with proven competency in using Microsoft Office.


6. Experience in operational audit will be an advantage.


7. Knowledge and experience in GMP and HACCP, ISO certification and Lean Production would be an advantage.


8. Willing to travel to other cities occasionally.


9. This position requires somebody who is assertive, possess good time management, has sound analytical problem solving, forward planning and excellent leadership, teamwork and communication skill.

 

Job Descriptions:

1. Responsible for developing and supporting all branches within his/her region in terms of business/sales growth, operations efficiency and profitability


2. Coordinating and supervising implementation of head office policies in branches


3. Tracking KPIs and taking actions to improve performances in branches
