Job Qualification :
Requirements
- Must possess a Diploma in Culinary skill
- Culinary background in Traditional Indonesian/ Western restaurants
- Having min. 3-5 years of experience as a Cook in a Restaurant/ Hotel / Catering Company
- Responsible for the operation of the kitchen area including storage, food preparation and production area
- Monitor and check on stock level and stock quality especially (vegetables and fruits)
- Good command of English
- Must be willing to work on weekends and public holiday
