Job Qualification :

PERSYARATAN UMUM :                

• Dapat berbahasa Inggris secara aktif.


• Dapat bekerja secara Tim dan Fleksibel.


• Cekatan, antusias, jujur, teliti, inisiatif, inovatif,pekerja keras, senang menghadapi tantangan, Persuasif.


• Dapat mengoperasikan Komputer ( MS Office, AutoCad, Photoshop,dll ).


• Memiliki wawasan yang cukup luas.

Kualifikasi:    

• Pria / Wanita, usia maks 35 tahun


• Pendidikan  S1 Teknik Sipil


• Pengalaman 3 tahun sebagai Estimasi terutama proyek Interior & Arsitektur.


• Menguasai pembuatan RAB/RAP terutama pekerjaan Interior,Arsitektur,Struktur dan ME.


• Pengalaman menghitung anggaran untuk proyek rumah tinggal.


• Menguasai dokumen penawaran harga.


• Mengetahui jenis­jenis bahan material dan harga.
