Job Qualification :

Qualification :

• Male / Female.


• Bachelor Degree in Psychology / Law / Management / Equivalent experience.


• Having experience min. 5 years in the same position.


• Excellent knowledge in HR Prosedure & Processes, Performance Appraisal, Indonesian Labor Laws and Regulation, Industrial Relation and other relevant statutory laws or Labor Ordinance, including Recruitment, Hiring, Counseling, Training People & Relationship Management Skills.


• Excellent interpersonal and communication skill.


• Process strong leadership and capable of achieving goals set by higher Management.


• Problem solving skills, dynamic, result oriented, mature and committed finish the task.


• Competent in Computer literate  (Ms. Office) and HR Application.


• Fluent in English both Spoken and Written.


• Work Location : Jatake, Tangerang.
