Job Qualification :
Surabaya International School is seeking a creative and innovative educator to help start up their Mandarin Program for the Elementary School for the school year 2012-2013. This fast paced school has 330 students K-12 and is the only internationally accredited school in Surabaya.
We are seeking an individual who is:
- Dynamic, creative and innovative in delivering high quality programs
- Willing to be trained and to teach within IB PYP Years Program framework
- Cognizant of the developmental needs of Elementary school children
- Experienced using technology in the teaching-learning process.
- Motivated to achieve and a self starter
- Wanting to be part of a multi-national faculty and school environment
- Able to work as part of a team, with strong collaboration skills
- Open minded and flexible
- Able to communicate at a high level in English and Mandarin
- Experienced in working in International Schools
- Well qualified for the position - a Bachelor of Education and minimum of 5 years experience delivering Mandarin in the classroom.
