Job Qualification :
Major Duties and Responsibilities
- To expand marketing channels in Sumatra and Sulawesi
- To promote the full range of Raffles Hospital healthcare services to new clients
- To develop relationship, upsell and cross-sell healthcare services to existing clients
- To achieve key performance indicators outlined in the department workplan monthly and quarterly
- To respond promptly to client needs and facilitate communication with respective specialist centres and departments at Raffles Hospital
- To organize marketing trip and events such as health seminars, patient-consult session with clients and round-table discussion with doctors in Sumatra and Sulawesi
- To conduct market research, SWOT and competitors analysis in Sumatra and Sulawesi
- To keep abreast of healthcare developments locally and regionally
- To identify potential business opportunities and implement marketing plan to increase patient revenue from Indonesia market
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree from recognised university
- Minimum 5 years marketing experience in a pharmaceutical, hospital or healthcare related industry
- Pleasant personality with good English communication skills (written & spoken)
- Proactive, independent, team player, performance-driven and able to work under pressure
