Providing applicable and practical high quality standard of training program and deliver to sales force with high performance and satisfaction.
Requirements :
- Bachelor degree any major with at least 2 years experience as a trainer.
- Excellent in delivering training and measuring result.
- Strong in leadership and good interpersonal skill.
- Certification from insurance institution is preferable.
