- Dapat mengoperasikan Auto Cad, Sketch Up merupakan nilai plus
- Mempunyai daya kreatifitas, pekerja keras, teliti dan dinamis
- Dapat bekerja secara mandiri maupun dalam team dengan baik
- Background di bidang interior merupakan nilai plus
