Job Qualification :
Location: Jakarta
Your Tasks:
Sales & Marketing
- Implement sales objectives and strategies for assigned customers within defined region;
- Extend distributor network for assigned industry segment within defined region;
- Establish contacts and maintain good direct relationships with customer and giving these customers technical support and service;
- Observe technical details by visiting application site frequently in order to secure suitable bearing supply;
Technical
- Provide engineering support to regional offices, distributors and end-users;
- Advise major end-users on bearing application related problems;
- Conduct product presentations and practical training seminars;
People Management
- To adopt the Cooperative Management Style during decision making processes
- To set Clear, Unambiguous, and Binding Standards which allows management behavior to be transparent and easily understood
- To serve as a Role Model
- To acquire a thorough knowledge of the tools and their proper application to attack the tasks.
- To be accountable for the consequences of your own actions.
- Goal Focus
- Development of employees’ talents and skills
Your Profile:
- Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent with experience.
- At least have 5 years experience in the same position and has subordinate in managerial level
- Knowledge of bearing industry / applications / maintenance in Heavy Industry preferred
- Strong interest in sales, project management, customer-oriented mindset
- Managing complex matters, interpersonal skills, ability to work in team, ability to assert oneself, good rhetorical skills, extroverted
- Outgoing, Organized, Structured, Presentable, Professional, etc.
- Communication: Conduct negotiations, presentation techniques, team/staff leadership
- Fluent in English (Spoken & Written)
- Proficient in Microsoft office applications
