Job Qualification :
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for Implementing of compensation and benefitspolicies and programmed to ensure that they are competitive, include payroll, market surveys and benchmarking analysis, job evaluation andvariable pay programs to ensure that the C&B remain highly competitive and responsive to market changes
- Developing and maintaining personnel record system
- Fulfilling reporting requirements in accordance with allrelevant government regulations, including for expatriates
- Distributing information to inform employees of benefits,compensation and personnel policies as well as arranging relocation and expatriate packages
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree from reputable university
- Educational background accounting or math
- Experience at least 3-5 years at the same area
- Preferable from insurance industry
- Have a good knowledge in Man power regulation (UU no 13)
- Fluent English both oral or written
- Good leadership and Team work
