Job Qualification :

Responsibilities :

• Able to draft and review legal agreements and other documentations such as -  contracts, leasing, rental, insurance etc.


• Have experience in handling company permits, licenses, articles directly to the government department or institutional.


• Understand the right work flow to successfully process and obtain legal license from relevant government departments.


• Having extensive knowledge of Indonesian Regulations and its implementation.     

Requirements :

• Bachelor degree (S1) in Law.


• Minimum 2-5 years of relevant experience.


• Fluent in English and Indonesian language (both oral and written).


• Computer literacy in Microsoft Office & LINUX application is a must.


• Strong analytical & organization skill.


• Detail-oriented, organized and timely management.


• High integrity, good personality/diplomatic, and excellent interpersonal skill.


• Able to work under pressure.
