Job Qualification :
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Function as operator of customer’s SS7 Monitoring System
- Collect signaling traces and perform signaling analysis to support troubleshooting
- Provide analysis to solve network problems
- Provide and maintain the error log and problem analysis for documentation
TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- University degree in Telecommunication Engineering
- Fresh Graduate is welcome. Having related working experience is advantage
- Good understanding of cellular telecommunication networks and technologies on various networks and systems (GSM, GPRS, UMTS,CDMA)
- Good understanding of SS7 signaling system for circuit and packet switched network.
- Good understanding with network performance indicator and traffic engineering
- Experience on TEMS/Nemo/Actix/K15 SS7 protocol analyzer is advantage.
PERSONALITIES
- Good communication skills.
- Excellent team player.
- Familiar with MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint , Outlook
- Network service / performance focused
- Good analytical, fast learner, dynamic and hardworking
- Able to work on shift schedule
