Job Qualification :

Responsible for complying to ISO/API Quality Management systems

• Ensure inspection activities on site and auditing of subcontractors/Suppliers are performed

• Ensure that all approved technical documents for maintenance and release of equipments are properly controlled and that all traceability are maintained Ensure all employees appropriately trained for the require job.

• Review customer’s enquiry on special processing and customer quality expectation.

• To ensure final inspection are done in-accordance to Quality, Third Party Inspector (TPI) requirement and Customer Specification.

• Aim to develop and implement high level of Quality expectation to meet customers satisfaction.Ensure All Measuring Instruments are within accuracy.
  

• Internal Audit function on M&TE (Measuring & Test Equipment)

• Ensure proper development, implementation of overall quality system

• Vendor Management System, vendor qualification and surveillance.

• Calibration Management System

• HSE Management & Implementation

• Quality KPI

• ERP Mgmt – Quality Function

• Customer NCR and investigation and CAPA reporting.

• Ensure all employees appropriately trained for the require job.

• Provide necessary support on inspection and verification need to production, ensure goods or equipment are with the required accuracy, as needed.
  

Job Duty

• Implement and formulate quality procedures, focus on continuous improvement on  overall Manufacturing facility  

• Provide initiatives to maintain quality awareness at an optimum level consistent with the company's Quality objectives

• Liaise with clients in respect to all quality efforts

• Lead a team to develop and manage related procedures to ensure compliance with the relevant Quality Management System

• Assessment and proper management of the in-house and vendors performance and provide improvement to ensure continuous improvement to achieve organization goals.

• Ensure Reporting of NCR accuracy

• Key roles on MRB management, to ensure effectiveness on NCR implementation and improvement.

• Oversee a team of QA/QC, Technicians and Engineers.

• Provide assurance to all measuring instrument issued to production or for rental with the required accuracy.

• Lead IQA Management, Sumarize, Issuance of CAPAR and ensure effective implementation and proper closure.

• Response to customer’s queries, complaint and provide corrective and preventive report
  

• Provide support to MR on all quality related matters.

• Ensure 5 S implementation in overall facility

Qualification :

• At least 5 years of QA Manager experience in manufacturing environment (preferable in Oil & Gas experience although other industrial manufacturing environment will do)

• If in Oil and Gas industry experience, the candidate should have knowledge of API 5CT but not essential as the GM for QA (based in Singapore) will provide the training and guidance if required.

• Candidate should have experience in developing, implementing and achieving ISO 9001 certification. This is essential and I think candidates with QA experience should meet this requirement, otherwise they wouldn't be in that position.

• Candidates with Mechanical Engineering qualifications (at least Diploma) will be able to adapt better in our industry.
