Job Qualification :
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree of any field (minimum GPA of 3.0). Those holding a Master degree would be an advantage.
- For the Consultant position, we seek graduates with minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in the HR/management consulting firms. We’ll also consider those HR practitioners in the corporate environment with minimum 3 years of relevant working experience, who have a keen interest to be a full-fledged consultant.
- For the Senior Consultant position, we seek graduates with minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in the HR/management consulting firms. We’ll also consider those HR practitioners in the corporate environment with minimum 5 years of relevant working experience, who have a keen interest to be a full-fledged consultant.
- Possess excellent communication skills inclusive of presentation skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Team player, self-motivated, diligent and keen learner.
Responsibilities:
