We are looking to grow our Jakarta team of home based, fulltime project management support staff who will assist head project managers to deliver websites and online products and solutions for our customers in Australia.
This is a fulltime employment position. You will be working from home (save travel time) in an interconnected team environment. We pay for your internet connection, home office and computer expenses.

Job Qualification :
Responsibilities:
- Delivering web solutions across a broad range of industries
- Assist in managing customer expectations throughout the project life-cycle
- Quality Assurance Testing
- Updating and adjusting website content
- Project timeline accountability
- Accurate cost and delivery date estimation
- Working with internal resources to meet project objectives
- Providing support and customer service to clients
- Reporting to Team Leader on daily basis
Requirements:
- Must have advanced English verbal and written skills
- Experience in working directly with customers
- Proven web technology skills
- Project Management experience
- Superior attention to detail
- Proficient with MS Office and computers
- Disciplined process driven disposition
- A multi-tasker who isn't fazed by a varied work schedule
- Special working arrangement: successful candidates are required to work from home in Los Angeles time, i.e. 12:00 am – 8:00 am Jakarta Time (night shift) and reporting to CEO – North America.
