AGENCY SUPPORT MANAGER (Code : AS Manager)

Salary Rate	:	Negotiable
Employment Status	:	Full Time

Job Qualification :

Responsibilities:

• Manage administration, production report, contest monitoring, and Agency compensation


• Monitor AAJI new agents registration and AAJI Licensing


• Maintain excellent service level in Agency Support


• Support company events for insurance agents


• Build system and procedures in Agency Support to ensure things are done in timely manner, properly, and effectively.

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor Degree from reputable university in any major


• Minimum 3 (three) years experience in managing a team and at least 2 (two) years in Life Insurance Industry


• Having experience in Agency Support or similar responsibilities will be an advantage


• Good communication skills in Indonesian and English (oral and written)


• Computer literate (Microsoft Office)
