We are looking for qualified and experienced professionals who can work as a team, with proven competencies in the whole range of development and improvement initiatives, to fill the following position:

Job Qualification :

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree, Min. 38 years old
  


• Min. 9 years oil & gas experience


• Work experience at PSC, JOB, TAC, KSO oil company


• Familiar with BPMIGAS, Pertamina regulation and procedure


• Be skilled to prepare AFE and WP&B


• Can plan weekly, monthly and yearly production target and monitor


• Can organize analysis and discussion of field production and project development


• Must speak Bahasa Indonesia; fluent in English


• Awareness of oil and gas  operation regulatory requirements


• Excellent leadership and coaching


• Analytical thinking, highly pro-active, supportive, and self motivated


• Strong presentation and communication skills in a multi-lingual environment
