Job Qualification :

Primary Responsibilities

• Plans and schedules direct and indirect labor workflow and organizes teams to meet productions schedules


• Ensures team conformance to LFA’s policies and procedures


• Troubleshoots and solves production issues


• Identifies and implements process improvements to current production process


• Communicate with other supervisors to coordinate operations and activities within or between departments


• Maintains operations data such as time, production, and cost records, and prepare management reports of production results

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree from engineering, chemistry, pharmacy or food technology.


• Excellent Command English both spoken and written


• Can work under pressure, having capability to work as a team


• Good communication, interpersonal and negotiation skill


• Good analythical thinking
